High efficient two-in-one crusher
PFCII serial high efficient two-in-one crusher combines features of single segment hammer type, counterattack hammer type and super high and thin energy-saving crusher. As ideal equipment for quality crushing, it is able to crush material of side length 450-1,000mm to 5-8mm below without block. It improves production technique of cement raw material, reducing cost of equipment by 1/3 and energy-saving by 1/2, saving a great amount of maintenance expense and staff deployment.
Work principle
When big material enters the machine, it is knocked by hammer and blocked by material sieving bracket, which not only reduces contact area of material and hammer head, but also prevents sudden failure of rotor. After the knock, the big material is bounced and hit by itself inside the primary crushing cavity. Thin powder is discharged through direct sieve plate and small materials fall into fine crushing cavity to be knocked by hammer again and crushed by hammer head and sieve plate gap and finally discharged through sieve plate, which ensures discharged particle size. Employing primary breaking and fine breaking two-in-one crushing theory, and self bouncing principle of material, this machine, with fine crushing and good particle size of hammer type crusher, energy-saving and high output of counterattack crusher, and extrusion theory of roll crusher, is a kind of advanced machine integrating features of many crushers.
Application
It is mainly applied in the crushing of limestone, argillaceous sandstone, rock, gypsum and coal of crushing compressive strength no bigger than 200Mpa in mine, cement, building material and chemical industry.
